STAY SMALL. STAY SAFE. STAY WELL.
OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE & REGULATIONS
There are currently no COVID-19 testing or quarantine travel restrictions in Maine.
As a licensed Bed and Breakfast in the State of Maine and Town of York, we are closely monitoring and abiding by the COVID-19 regulations and recommendations of the Maine CDC. The Inn has over 5000 square feet of living space allowing for optimum social distancing. We have separate living quarters on the third floor and have been fully vaccinated.
Businesses in Maine are allowed to ask for proof of vaccination status. If you are NOT VACCINATED, masks are necessary at check-in and whenever not in your room. Maine is advising FULLY VACCINATED people to wear masks indoors. We are fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks inside. Outdoors anyone may enjoy our front porch and fresh ocean air mask-free.
We are once again allowed to serve our bountiful breakfast buffet. Breakfast is enjoyed outside on our front porch at individual tables. For social distancing purposes we have two breakfast seatings either at 8 or 9 AM depending upon availability.
The CDC recommends maximum ventilation, so please keep your windows open as much as possible. We are surrounded by ocean on three sides 500 yards away, so there are wonderful ocean breezes. All ventilation ducts have been sealed off in guest rooms. We will NOT be turning the heat on in our common areas and windows will remain open; all guest rooms have either a gas or an electric fireplace for heat during colder weather.
In order to support social distancing at Check-In and best practices protection, your balance due will automatically be charged to your credit card on file on the morning of arrival. Please make sure your credit card details are up to date.
